About Namespace

Namespace is the leading ENS Subnames infrastructure and tooling service provider. We are entirely built and solely focused on growing ENS through our product suite, developer tooling, and proactive partnerships and developer integrations.

We’re building the identity layer for Web3, enabling seamless subname integration and issuance across L1, L2, and Offchain environments. Our SDKs, APIs, and Web apps make it easy for wallets, dapps, rollups, AI agents, payment apps, communities, and others to integrate ENS-based naming as a core part of improved onboarding, user experience, and safety.

We’re backed by the ENS DAO and ENS Foundation as the and trusted by top crypto projects and infrastructure providers. We are ENS DAO members, delegates, and contributors. We believe human-readable, verifiable identities are a core identity primitive for crypto.

Our mission is to make ENS and Web3 identity ubiquitous. We move fast, stay lean, and think long-term.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a high-agency DevRel Lead to take charge of our builder ecosystem, identify, initiate, and facilitate developer integrations, custom solutions, and streamline ENS implementation.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, ecosystem, and growth. You’ll be the primary point of contact for developers integrating ENS Subname via Namespace, while also proactively identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and building lasting relationships across the Web3 landscape.

You should be comfortable building, shipping, writing, teaching, and driving adoption. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, want to grow ENS, and love helping devs succeed, this is for you.

Responsibilities

Developer Enablement

  • Build and maintain high-quality documentation, SDKs, guides, and walkthroughs.

  • Provide hands-on technical support to teams building apps utilizing ENS and Namespace.

  • Proactively integrate ENS, build ENS add-ons and plugins, build demo apps, and onboard flows.

  • Integrate ENS registration, resolution, and subname issuance & management with Web3 dev tooling companies, libraries, and services.

  • Help teams build with ENS & Namespace, making subname integration intuitive, reliable, and fast.

Ecosystem Growth and Outreach

  • Work directly with the dev teams at wallets, RaaS, payment, AI, L2s, games, and infra & dev tooling service providers to support successful ENS integrations.

  • Build relationships with developers and projects and educate them about the ENS value-prop.

  • Engage deeply with crypto and dev communities — Discords, forums, X, Reddit, Farcaster, Github.

  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and integrations through active community engagement.

  • Write blog posts, tutorials, X threads, case studies, and how-to guides to inspire builders.

Client Relationship Management & Integrations

  • Work closely with partners to scope, design, and deploy custom subname solutions.

  • Maintain relationships through regular check-ins, follow-ups, updates, and proactive support.

  • Collect and synthesize feedback on pain points, feature requests, or integration frictions.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years in software development or DevRel, with solid Ethereum/ENS understanding

  • Engineering background with experience building and shipping Web3 products.

  • Strong familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and extra points for the ENS protocol.

  • Familiarity with smart contracts, Solidity, ReactJS, NextJS, Node, NestJS, Viem, Typescript.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

  • Fluent in networking and developer integrations.

What will make us extra happy:

  • DevRel experience in a crypto-native company or a protocol.

  • ENS contributor or familiarity with CCIP-read, subnames, and ENS architecture.

  • Open-source public good project contributions or experience.

  • Experience with L2s (OP Stack, ZK Stack, Arbitrum Orbit, etc.).

  • Hackathon involvement and the ability to build and ship apps quickly.

  • A portfolio of technical content — blogs, videos, tutorials, or talks.

  • Startup mindset — you move fast, wear many hats, and figure things out on the fly.

  • You love tech, enjoy memes, speculate responsibly, and speak crypto culture fluently.

  • Interest in AI, agents, and the emerging identity layer.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary with possible equity/token compensation.

  • Flexible work hours and a remote-first environment.

  • Work with a high-output team at ENS, Ethereum, L2s, AI, & identity frontier.

  • Help shape the future of decentralized identity for humans, agents, and apps.

  • Be part of the best ENS Subname team in the ecosystem.

  • Co-investment opportunities — we love crypto investing, trading, and smart bets.

  • Build your network, personal brand, and skills working with top-tier teams across crypto.

Note** We work in a relaxed, flexible environment where we trust people to manage their own time. No micromanagement, no 24/7 grind culture, no perpetual burn-outs. But, we also move fast! When it’s time to ship, we expect sharp focus, urgency, and high-quality execution. Deadlines can be intense, we ship a lot, and there will be sprints with long nights and last-minute pushes. We treat work as a lifestyle and do work a lot because we genuinely love what we do, and it feels more like play than work. We’re pretty chill… until it’s go-time.
