About Namespace

Namespace is the leading ENS Subnames infrastructure and tooling service provider. We are entirely built and solely focused on growing ENS through our product suite, developer tooling, and proactive partnerships and developer integrations.

We’re building the identity layer for Web3, enabling seamless subname integration and issuance across L1, L2, and Offchain environments. Our SDKs, APIs, and Web apps make it easy for wallets, dapps, rollups, AI agents, payment apps, communities, and others to integrate ENS-based naming as a core part of improved onboarding, user experience, and safety.

We’re backed by the ENS DAO and ENS Foundation as the and trusted by top crypto projects and infrastructure providers. We are ENS DAO members, delegates, and contributors. We believe human-readable, verifiable identities are a core identity primitive for crypto.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales pipeline, drive strategic partnerships, and turn high-signal opportunities into real integrations. This is a hands-on, founder-adjacent role focused on growth through real-world traction with wallets, rollups, apps, AI agent platforms, and other products and service providers interested in naming services.

You’ll own the full BD cycle: from identifying opportunities and pitching ENS integrations to managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementations with our technical team.

You’ll be a core team member and work closely with Cap, our DevRel person, and ecosystem partners. You’ll also represent Namespace in public conversations, DAO forums, and community calls when needed.


Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities: source, evaluate, and prioritize high-value partnerships and integrations with wallets, rollups, launchpads, apps, protocols, and others that could benefit from using ENS.

  • Sales & Outreach: Conduct personalized outreach, pitch Namespace tools and services, ENS benefits, lead discovery, and demo calls.

  • Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, present ENS and Namespace, align incentives, and get partners and clients to integrate ENS via Namespace.

  • Form and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Keep key accounts engaged with product updates, announcements and news, events attendance, and opportunities for deeper collaboration.

  • Engage across industries: Talk directly with teams at wallets, RaaS, payment, AI, L2s, games, Web3 communities, brand, and infra & dev tooling service providers to help them leverage ENS.

  • Networking: Actively participate in discussions, spaces, events, and talk with Web3 projects and teams, to identify opportunities, pitch and represent Namespace in the wild, and grow our brand.

  • Growth Strategy: Create and lead high-level GTM planning and strategy development.

  • Manage CRM & Deal Flow: Own and update our CRM with leads, active conversations, requirements, and integration timelines.

  • Write Case Studies and Playbooks: Turn successful integrations into published stories, blog posts, and “how we did it” content for social proof, repeatability, and new deals.

  • Expand ENS Surface Area: Push the boundaries—get ENS into places it’s not expected, like gaming identities, creator drops, B2B infra, or new consumer apps.


Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years in Web3, ideally in BD, partnerships, growth, or ecosystem roles.

  • Proven track record of closed deals in the Web3 space

  • Well-connected and reputable in the Web3 space

  • Familiar with ENS, Web3 identity, L2s, rollups, and why subnames matter.

  • Natural connector — able to identify value, communicate clearly, and close high-value deals.

  • Self-driven, high-agency, comfortable in a small team, and a dynamic work environment.

  • You worked either for or with Wallets or WaaS providers, RaaS providers, L2s, payment apps, AI projects, blockchain infra, tools, service providers, and identity apps and protocols.

  • Startup mindset — you move fast, wear many hats, and figure things out on the fly.

  • You love tech, enjoy memes, speculate responsibly, and speak crypto culture fluently.

  • You keep tabs on what’s launching, new chains, tools, frameworks, trends, and narratives, and can smell a good partnership before the rest of crypto notices it.

  • You’re naturally plugged into Telegram/Discord/CT/Farcaster and know when to slide in with “hey, ENS could actually help with this.”
